I'm just a guy in a diner. Maybe you've heard that term maybe not. It goes that "a guy in a diner" doesn't know anything really, he's just a guy in a diner. Well I cook in a diner! It's my diner and I get the opportunity to talk to my customers, some of them every day. My point here is to pass on what I hear, see, and learn being a guy in a diner.
